Returns

🚀 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Custom duties, VAT, and/or additional charges applied by the destination country are NOT included in the checkout. They are charged directly to the receiver upon delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the applicable duties and taxes in their country before ordering.

👉 IMPORTANT: Shipments that are refused, unclaimed, or not cleared through customs because the recipient fails or refuses to pay duties, VAT, or other import charges are considered undeliverable by customer fault and are NON-REFUNDABLE (see Terms of Service, Section 24).

🚛 SHIPPING WITHIN SWITZERLAND
7.70% VAT, shipping costs, and discount codes are calculated at checkout.


Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • any item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error;

  • any item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

👉 If a return is made by unilateral decision of the customer not due to a fault attributable to Phaselus SA (e.g. no defect, no incorrect material), we will deduct from the refund:

  • the actual shipping costs incurred by Phaselus SA (documented by carrier invoices, which may exceed the flat amount originally charged at checkout);

  • handling/administrative fees if applicable.

We reserve the right to withhold the entire amount actually paid if the return is deemed unjustified and causes financial damage to the company.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting delays may apply).

  3. Contact your bank (processing time may vary).

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@rmusik.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For items over €100, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Use the original package and—for instruments—use the original clamps to secure mechanics. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


International Lost Shipments
If you selected standard shipping (Swiss Post), delivery may take longer than expected (5-10 days or more) due to customs and postal delays.
If your tracking shows “delivery period unknown”, RMusik may request an international search from Swiss Post 30 days after shipment.
If the item is not found by Swiss Post and your country’s postal system, a refund will be processed within 3 months of the search, according to postal regulations.


👉 Summary:

  • Customs duties and VAT are always the customer’s responsibility.

  • Shipments refused or not cleared by customs = no refund.

  • Returns accepted only for items properly delivered and then returned under our 30-day policy.
